Good Eats

So if any of my readers ever make it to Cuba NM, make sure to try the pinon crusted rainbow trout w/ mango salsa at El Bruno's (excellent). The restaurant is very nice with an outdoor eating court. Since it sits at about 7000' elevation it was great outside in the shade.

rut roh raggy! now you're really up on my radar- that's one of my favorite restaurants in North NM. Guessing you're passing thru, did you have a chance to fish? Mike

i used to drive through cuba all the time. not much of a town so never stopped to eat. gas and go

being a NM native I completly agree with this review. One top place to eat in the state, maybe in the country!

RW... not time to fish. Wish I could have. Very pretty country.

Mike... you have to stop and eat there some day excellent food in a more than excellent setting. The patio dinning in the court yard was nice.
