Evaluating what matters

I read an intriguing thought on the blog of self professed rod maker's widow Shannen Oyster:

Life’s “learning curve” that taught us to learn to make a living at what we love instead of learning to tolerate whatever activity makes a living.

And though I for the most part enjoy how I make a living I oft times am tempted to figure out a way to make a living in the "industry".

Always a good idea to routinely perform some introspection.

I wanted to say that I have enjoyed reading your blog.

Have you ever fished Mink Cr., Garden Creek, or Rapid Cr?? Thanks!

Cindy,
All the creeks you mentioned have fish. Mink creek has good access at cherry springs, garden creek is easily accessed above the farms, rapid creek access is a mixed bag. Ask before you access rapid creek. Inman creek that feeds rapid creek also holds small cutts. Goodenough creek also is one of my favorites for small creeks in the Pocatello vicinity.

Thanks!
I was really wondering about the access and if it was worth trying to find a way on to the creeks. They seem so small and so much brush!!
